Secure Return Logistics

Returns must be sent exclusively via regular registered postal mail. Avoid private express couriers such as DHL, EMS, UPS, or FedEx—commercial couriers face severe customs hurdles returning items into China and are frequently rejected or seized. Return freight costs are the responsibility of the client.

Inspection & Refund Settlement

Refunds are processed immediately once the physical timepiece arrives at our facility and successfully clears our intake condition inspection.
